The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of Maine, Inc. (PHCC of Maine) is a statewide, non-profit trades association whose primary goal is dedicated to the promotion, advancement, education and training of the industry for the protection of the health, safety and comfort of society and the protection of the environment. Established in 1893.
